Placing your order for a custom lamp or lighting fixture is easy. Take a look through a few of our simple guidelines and disclaimers, or give our experts a call with any questions. Our helpful staff is always ready to lend a hand whenever it's needed!

To place an order

1. A 50% deposit is required when placing an order and the balance is due prior to shipping or at pick up.

2. All fixtures, sconces, etc. are custom-made. Please leave ample time for delivery.

3. We have a minimum shipping fee of $10 for all of our products.

4. We ship FedEx Ground. ! 10% packing, handling, and shipping charge will be added to your order.

5. For large fixtures that cannot be shipped via FedEx, your order will be shipped Common Carrier at an additional cost to you. Call for pricing details for large fixtures.

6. Damage claims: All merchandise is carefully packaged in our attempt to prevent damage during shipping.

7. We cannot accept responsibility for damage. We will help you in every way possible in the event that damage does occur.

8. Everything is fully insured and packaged very carefully.

9. If damage does occur, please do not refuse shipment. This will cause unnecessary delay and expenses; hold merchandise in the original packing carton and notify the carrier and us immediately.


No cancellations will be accepted after our acknowledgement of your order, because these items are not stock items, and each item is made to order.


All New Jersey residents must pay 7% sales tax.


All New York City residents must pay 8.375% sales tax. All other New York State Counties advise percentage and the County of residence. Please add this rate to the price of all items when ordering.


Decorators, designers, architects, builders, and contractors using resale numbers must submit resale certificate filled out with the order or be charged tax if applicable.

Victorian general information

1. Our lighting does not include glass shades unless indicated. Please order glass separately.

2. All lighting is made to order. Please allow ample time for construction, packing, shipping, and delivery. Some fixtures can be made sooner. Please call for lead times.

3. Most fixtures are UL approved.

4. No bulbs are included with our fixtures.

5. Our fixtures come in an array of finishes. Polished lacquered or non-lacquered brass is available at no extra charge. Optional finishes at extra cost include: satin brass, distressed brass, antique brass, architectural bronze, polished nickel, brushed nickel, chrome, and antique pewter. Please call for pricing.

6. Electric style arms use standard base Type A bulbs. Gas style arms use a candelabra base Type B bulb.

7. Fixture lengths are chosen between minimum and maximum heights listed next to each fixture. For additional heights add $2 per inch over the maximum listed height.

8. Switches in sconces are $15 per switch.

9. All fixture and sconce dimensions are listed in the price list and are measured with a glass shade attached.

10. We reserve the right to substitute parts due to availability.

12. We also build custom lighting to customers' specifications or you can use our design services at no additional charge. We can make almost anything in brass. Call us if you have a special need and put our years of experience to work for you.
